DELIVERY

We offer delivery services within NJ, NY, and parts of PA and CT. Delivery prices are calculated at checkout.

SETUP

Set up is available as an optional service, billed accordingly. Some heavier, complicated, or fragile items require handling by our staff for safety and liability concerns. We will send you a quote for SETUP if requested.

How can I request a quote?

Send your event date, location and equipment list through the quote request form and we will come back with pricing.

Where are you located?

Both warehouses are open by appointment only.

Can I pick up the equipment myself?

Yes, at either location by appointment. There is no pickup fee in New Jersey. Brooklyn charges a $50 warehouse prep fee for customer pickups.

Do you offer delivery?

We deliver throughout New York City and New Jersey. For Connecticut and Pennsylvania, contact us in advance and we will confirm availability and pricing for your date.

Pickup, delivery and setup

Do you offer setup?

Setup is available for equipment that needs it, such as staging and larger audio or lighting systems. Check the product page or ask us and we will confirm what your order requires.

Can I rent over a weekend?

Yes. Our warehouse is closed Saturdays and Sundays, so a Friday pickup and Monday return is booked as the 1–3 Days term. Weekend deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge.

Renting from ETC

What is the rental process?

Choose your equipment and submit your cart or request. We review it and send your final quote. Once you approve and pay online, we coordinate pickup or delivery, along with any setup your order needs.

Do I need insurance?

Only if you or your team will handle, operate or transport the equipment. If our crew delivers, sets up and runs it, you do not need your own coverage. When insurance is required, send us proof at least 48 hours before pickup or delivery.

Is a deposit required?

A deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due before pickup or delivery. Orders within 30 days of the event are paid in full. If our crew handles delivery and setup, no deposit is needed.

Is the price at checkout final?

It is an estimate. After we review your dates, order and availability, we send a final quote and invoice. We confirm with you before anything is charged.

What equipment do you rent?

Staging and platforms, stairs and guardrails, PA systems and speakers, microphones and mixers, DJ gear, lighting and special effects, projectors and screens, TVs and monitors, LED video walls, crowd control barriers, generators, and event furniture. If you do not see what you need, ask us and we will try to source it.

What is your phone number and business hours?

Call (646) 661-4078, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm EST. Active rentals get 24 hour technical support. You can also reach us through the chat or the contact form.

Rental policies

What are your rental terms and conditions?

All rentals are governed by our rental agreement and rental policy, which cover damage, late returns and cancellations. Full details are on the terms and conditions page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Plans change, and we are happy to help. Contact us as early as you can so we can adjust your reservation, or arrange a refund where your dates allow.
