Multi-Day Rentals

Please select the correct rental duration for each item: 1–3 Days, 4–7 Days, or 8–28 Days. Pricing is calculated based on the duration selected.

Orders submitted with an incorrect rental period may be adjusted before the reservation is confirmed, and any additional balance will be due before delivery or pickup.

Customer Pickup, Delivery, and Return

Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. For weekend rentals, please select the 1–3 Days rental duration. Equipment picked up on Friday and returned on Monday should be booked using this option.

Customer Pickup: Please select a weekday for both your Rental Start Date (Pickup) and Rental End Date (Return). If a weekend date is selected, we may adjust your reservation to the closest available weekday. Equipment must be picked up on the confirmed date. If you do not pick up your equipment as scheduled, your payment is non-refundable.

Delivery and Pickup Service: Delivery and post-rental pickup may be available for an additional charge. Delivery fees are based on the location, equipment ordered, access conditions, and scheduling requirements.

Someone must be available at the delivery location to receive and sign for the equipment. The equipment must also be packed, accessible, and ready for collection at the confirmed pickup time. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, difficult access, stairs, extended carry distances, failed delivery or pickup attempts, or schedule changes.

All confirmed rental dates, delivery or pickup times, and applicable transportation charges will be listed on your final invoice and rental agreement.

Insurance and Security Deposit

Depending on the equipment being rented, you may be required to provide one or both of the following before the equipment can be released:

• A valid Certificate of Insurance covering the full replacement value of the equipment
• A credit card authorization or security deposit for the full replacement value of the equipment

We will notify you if either requirement applies to your rental. Equipment will not be released until all required documentation and authorizations have been received and approved.

Final Amount Subject to Confirmation

The amount shown at checkout is subject to review and final confirmation. Your credit card may be pre-authorized for the amount submitted through the website.

Once your order, rental dates, equipment availability, and any additional requirements have been confirmed, a final invoice and rental agreement will be emailed to you for review. Any payment collected through the website will be applied to your final rental balance.
